The ideal candidate will have five years of supervision in related industries, strong leadership, and solid computer basics, with a focus on process discipline and team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic experience using computers.
