Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to direct daily shift operations and manage frontline crews to meet hourly production and safety targets. You will coordinate with field foremen, adjust batching speeds, and ensure PPE compliance on-site.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to travel with the plant crew to deployment sites. This is a full-time, hourly role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; equivalent work experience may count.
• Minimum 1 year general laborer experience.
• Technical skills: MS Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce and QlikView.
