Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to direct daily shift operations and manage the frontline crew to ensure hourly production targets are met safely. You will coordinate with client field foremen and paving train operators, monitor real-time production quality, and enforce PPE usage.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of general laborer experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Required Work Experience: 1 year general laborer experience
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations and manage the frontline crew to meet hourly production targets.
• Ensure safety protocols, PPE usage and conduct daily tailgates.
• Monitor production flow and adjust batching as needed to meet tolerances.
• Coordinate with field foremen and paving operators to match placement rates in real time.
• Complete accurate daily shift production summaries and record downtime.
