Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead our installation crew in Cincinnati, OH. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish on foundation repair projects.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects the company’s commitment to protecting customers’ homes. A strong leader with field experience is valued.

Formación

• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performance installation crew and coordinate daily tasks.
• Review job specs to determine materials and equipment needed.
• On-site supervision, quality control, and timely completion of work.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentor Installers.
• Ensure proper documentation and safety compliance.
