You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects the company’s commitment to protecting customers’ homes. A strong leader with field experience is valued.

• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance installation crew and coordinate daily tasks.
• Review job specs to determine materials and equipment needed.
• On-site supervision, quality control, and timely completion of work.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentor Installers.
• Ensure proper documentation and safety compliance.
