Job summary

Groundworks North America is seeking a Foreman to lead the installation crew from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting our customers’ homes.

The Foreman role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on construction know-how.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and motivation required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge expected.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; plans work sequence and assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovates and troubleshoots situations to complete the job per standards and schedules.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service on-site.
• Ensures final documentation is complete and delivered to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and trains Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• Regularly and reliably reports to work on time.
