Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Foreman to lead the installation crew from start to finish. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure installations reflect our commitment to protecting customers’ homes. Groundworks offers strong growth, training, and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and work order; assigns duties.
• Installs products and services with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovates and troubleshoots as needed to meet company standards and timelines.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Ensures all final documentation is completed accurately and handed to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman
• Drives the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• An essential function is regular, timely attendance.
