Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Foreman to lead the installation crew from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes. Strong leaders with crawl space, basement waterproofing, or foundation repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment before reporting to the job site.
• Assesses site conditions; plans time, tools, and work order; assigns crew duties.
• Installs products with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Troubleshoots issues to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service on site.
• Ensures final documentation is completed and delivered to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and trains Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives the company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
