Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring crew members on site.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, experience with crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting, and requires strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to work in crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assigns duties to crew based on time, tools, and order of work.
• Installs products and services with support from a national team.
• Monitors progress to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Ensures safe, high-quality work and superior customer service onsite.
