Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is hiring a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects across our North American markets. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, directing daily operations and mentoring crew members on site.

As a respected leader, you’ll coordinate resources, ensure on-time, on-budget completion, and uphold our standards while growing your career with an award-winning brand and a robust internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to access crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specs to determine materials, tools, equipment needed.
• Assesses conditions on-site; assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products with support of a national team.
• Innovates and troubleshoots to meet standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with high-quality service on site.
• Ensures final documentation is completed and filed.
• Supervises the crew and trains Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives company vehicle to job site daily.
• Reports to work on time.
