Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead an installation crew from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. You will coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure installations reflect our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Responsibilities include planning, material preps, on-site leadership, and collaboration with a national team to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a crew.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, schedules and prioritize work.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site and assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products and services with support from a national team.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
