Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC seeks a Foreman to lead our installation crew from start to finish in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project, coordinating daily operations and mentoring your crew.

With on-site leadership, you’ll drive efficiency, ensure on-time completion within budget, and reflect Groundworks’ commitment to protecting customers’ homes. A background in foundation repair and crawl space encapsulation is preferred, along with

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing construction crews.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Experience in foundation repair or related trades preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read specifications and coordinate on-site resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation crews on local projects.
• Assess site requirements and allocate materials, tools, and duties.
• Oversee safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites daily.
