Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our installation crew locally, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish.

You will coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes. This role requires leadership, driving results, and hands-on field work in diverse foundation solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service onsite.
• Ensure final documentation is complete and accurate.
