- Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Leads a high-performance team at a local market.
- Reviews job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assesses on-site conditions; plans work sequence and assigns duties.
- Installs products with national team support.
- Troubleshoots to meet standards and timelines.
- Delivers superior on-site service to customers.
- Supervises crew and trains Installers/Co-Foreman.
- Drives company vehicle to job site daily.
- Reports to work on time each day.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
