Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Asheville, North Carolina is looking for a dedicated Food Service Manager to oversee and manage the operation of our food service department. Successful candidates will take charge of staffing, meal preparation, food safety, and ensure quality nutritional services for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Food Handler level II certification or similar.
• Certified food service manager status is required.
• An associate's degree in food service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage food service department operations including staffing and food ordering.
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily.
• Supervise food service staff in accordance with community policies.
