You will manage staffing, orders, meal prep, delivery and sanitation, ensuring quality nutrition for residents while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent and a Food Handler level II or similar certification.
• Certified food service manager or a national certification, or an associate’s degree in related field with relevant coursework.
• Meets state requirements for food service managers where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of the food service department, including staffing, ordering, meal preparation, delivery and sanitation.
• Ensure daily provision of quality nutritional services in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise and develop food service staff to maintain service standards.
