Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Food Service Manager to oversee the operation of the Grove Park Health & Rehab Center food service department in Asheville, NC. You will supervise staff, manage food ordering, meal preparation, delivery, and ensure food safety and sanitation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and Food Handler level II certification.
• Certified food service manager or national certification for food service management.
• Associate degree in food service management or hospitality with relevant coursework; meets state standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the food service department, including staffing, food ordering, meal preparation, delivery, and kitchen sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local standards and regulations and maintain food safety practices.
• Supervise and develop food service staff to provide quality nutritional services daily.
