Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and a Food Handler level II certification.
• Be a certified food service manager or have national certification in food service management.
• Possess an associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality with relevant coursework.
• Meets State standards for food service managers where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the food service department, including staffing, food ordering, meal preparation, delivery, food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure daily quality nutritional services and supervise food service staff.

Education
