Wayne Farms seeks a Retail Preprice & Chiller Supervisor to oversee production line personnel, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, USDA and OSHA requirements while achieving productivity targets and maintaining customer specifications.

The role involves leading up to 100 employees, mentoring staff, and coordinating with Quality Assurance to sustain a sanitary, safe work environment. Strong leadership and English communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Three (3) years experience in food manufacturing or poultry industry preferred.
• Leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence, conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA, GMP and HACCP.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production line/department by establishing procedures to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Maintain accurate daily departmental reports and attendance data.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce repeat deficiencies.
• Lead planning and implementation of process improvements and monitor metrics.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure food safety and USDA compliance.
• Mentor and train employees; administer performance actions.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; promote zero-accident culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet location goals.
• Learn and follow any applicable Union contract.
