Qualifications

• Associate degree with relevant coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing production line/department to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily departmental reports, attendance, yields are accurately completed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce deficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and monitor metrics.
