Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Bryan, TX seeks a Retail Preprice & Chiller Supervisor to lead production line personnel, ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs and USDA/OSHA regulations, and meet productivity and customer specs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, rotating staff, reporting yields and attendance, driving process improvements, partnering with QA, mentoring staff, enforcing safety, and coordinating with other departments; strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing; 3 years in food manufacturing preferred
• Leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence, conflict resolution
• Experience with poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA, GMP, HACCP
• English communication skills; multilingual preferred

Responsabilités

• Supervise production line/department and ensure procedures follow HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs and USDA/OSHA regulations
• Deploy and rotate personnel to maximize efficiency and ergonomics
• Ensure daily reports (attendance, yields, staffing) are completed
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and reduce deficiencies
• Lead process improvements and monitor metrics; partner with QA for food safety
• Mentor, coach and train employees; administer performance actions as needed
• Enforce safety initiatives and PPE usage; coordinate with other departments to meet goals
• Follow union contract terms where applicable; perform additional duties as assigned
