Blue Origin is seeking a Fluids Analysis Manager to lead a team of analysts focused on fluids and propulsion for the Lunar Lander program. You will guide design decisions, validate models with data, and develop tools to predict fluid behavior across pre-launch, in-space, and landing phases.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on modeling, and collaboration across engineering disciplines to ensure robust thermal-fluid performance of propulsion systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical, or Physics preferred).
• 5+ years in aerospace or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers providing technical guidance for fluids and propulsion analysis.
• Guide system and component design using fluids/thermodynamics principles.
• Perform thermal-fluid calculations and validate models using data and literature.
• Develop and mature internal tools and methodologies for predicting fluids behavior across pre-launch, in-space, and landing.
