Job summary

Blue Origin, a leader in space exploration, seeks a proactive program manager to oversee lunar transport and propellant systems. You will manage test campaigns, flight component production, and resource-loaded schedules while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities include tracking budgets, risks, and milestones, and presenting status to leadership. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced, safety-focused

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or similar) with ABET preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in thermal/fluids systems, test engineering, or project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Project Schedule(s) within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Manage hardware status for internal and external demand.
  • Manage budgets and capital equipment and facility projects.
  • Collaborate with all departments to access data informing decisions.
  • Interface with NASA to provide schedule and testing insight.
  • Maintain software tools, analytics, and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Reduce risks and identify opportunities.
  • Partner with business office for timely delivery to customer.
  • Manage program metrics across budgets, schedules, procurement, and reports.
