Blue Origin, based in Merritt Island, FL, seeks a Fluids Analysis Manager to lead a team delivering propulsion and fluids analyses for the lunar lander program. You will guide design, validate models with data, and advance tools for pre-launch, in-space, and landing phases.

You will oversee hiring, performance, and career development while applying 1D modeling and CFD to complex flow problems and mentoring engineers across the team.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required (Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical or Physics preferred).
• 5+ years aerospace or related field experience; leadership experience.
• Deep fundamentals in propulsion, fluids, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and/or combustion.
• Experience modeling fluids and propulsion components (valves, manifolds, pumps, engines, thrusters).
• Experience 1D modeling or CFD of flow using hand calculations or network tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance for vehicle analysis, hardware design and operations across fluids and propulsion.
• Lead a team of engineers; hire, coach, mentor, and develop talent.
• Validate and quantify uncertainty in analysis models using literature and data; mature internal tools.
• Define scope and schedule analyses to support program execution; ensure analysis fidelity.
