Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking an experienced Field Technician III in Englewood, CO to lead crews, perform advanced testing and maintenance on high/medium/low voltage equipment, and support commissioning efforts. This safety‑driven role requires troubleshooting, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating with engineers and project teams to ensure quality and on‑time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on field testing, inspection, and maintenance of HV, MV, and LV equipment.
• Perform advanced testing and diagnostics on breakers, transformers, and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/control system issues with schematics and diagrams.
• Direct repair, replacement, and maintenance activities to restore equipment functionality.
• Support installation and commissioning activities, including functional testing and verification.
• Mentor and train junior technicians, reinforcing best practices.
