Job summary

Aqua America, Inc. seeks a Water & Wastewater Field Supervisor II for the White Haven division. You will lead a team and oversee operation, maintenance, and safety of water facilities and wastewater systems in the assigned area.

You will manage budgets, review work orders, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with public utilities and agencies. A strong background in water/wastewater operations and supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in water/wastewater utility operations required.
• Must obtain PA DEP Water and Wastewater Operator certifications within three years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team including operators, seasonal staff, and contractors with focus on safety and compliance.
• Conduct interviews, hires, and performance reviews per HR policies.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training of staff and maintain performance documentation.
