Aqua America, Inc. is seeking a Water & Wastewater Field Supervisor for the White Haven division under the Northeast Area Manager. You will oversee operation, maintenance, staffing, safety, budgeting, and performance of water and wastewater facilities serving local communities.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience in water/wastewater utility operations and/or supervisory experience required.
Must obtain Pennsylvania DEP Water and Wastewater Operator certifications within 3 years of hire.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Supervises a team of facility operators, seasonal staff, and contractors while prioritizing safety and compliance.
Hires, establishes performance standards, and conducts evaluations per HR policies.
Oversees onboarding and training of new employees.
Conducts regular staff meetings for updates and continuous improvement.
Manages work orders and budgeting for the assigned division, ensuring timely close-out and compliance.
