Aqua America, Inc., an Essential Utilities company, invites applications for a Field Supervisor in Kerrville, TX, overseeing water and wastewater facilities operations, safety, staffing, budgeting, and performance.

This role leads a team of facility operators, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates scheduling and training, and partners with engineering and management to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate degree with proven work experience is accepted.
• Minimum 3 years in water and/or wastewater utility operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Water/Wastewater licensure preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team that includes facility operators, utility workers, and contractors with focus on safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Interviews, hires, establishes high-performance standards, and manages performance per HR policies and procedures.
• Oversees onboarding and training of new employees.
• Manages the Work Order process for the assigned division and tracks status for close-out.
• Reviews budgets, expenses, and supports capital project funding with other departments.
