Job summary

Aqua America, Inc. is seeking an experienced team supervisor to oversee utility operations in DuBois, PA. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with engineering and operational groups.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a relevant educational background, and experience in construction management. Additional responsibility includes managing budgets and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience and knowledge in construction and budget administration is required.
• Must obtain required NC water Class, B‑Well and Wastewater Class II within 24 months of hire.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team including utility workers, facility operators, and contractors.
• Manages operations, maintenance and regulatory compliance of remote well sites and wastewater systems.
• Works closely with other operational groups to share resources as needed.
• Ensures that all activities comply with company and regulatory agency standards.
