Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior General Superintendent in Richmond, Virginia, to manage all field operations for large-scale projects. You will oversee trade contractors and ensure high-quality work while fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience on $50 million -$100+ million commercial/industrial construction projects or multiple projects in a lead superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified with STS-C Certification.
• Experienced supervising and leading a larger project team.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Leads site walks with project stakeholders to show construction progress.
• Acts as primary safety representative in the field.
