Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in a superintendent role on projects worth $30 million or larger.
• OSHA 30-hour certified, STS-C Certification, First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily coordination of contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Communicate schedule updates to project team and trades.
• Lead contractor meetings and maintain documentation.
