Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage, and execute on complex projects, including material/equipment management, people management, and documentation to meet goals for timely, profitable completion. This role supports the company’s strategy, vision, and values.

The position involves leading safety culture, coordinating with owners, design teams, and authorities, and managing budgets and schedules with project teams across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organization of overall job and workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the project site care, custody and control.
