Qualifications

• Experience leading safety culture and incident investigations.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Experience overseeing staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs (Safety, QA/QC, EEO).
• Bachelor-level degree preferred in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings; attend progress meetings.
