Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 who will plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity, traveling up to 100% to project sites across the country. The role focuses on safety, quality and schedule, coordinating crews, subcontractors and materials to deliver on-time, profitable outcomes.

You will develop work plans, manage budgets and documentation, lead meetings, and ensure adherence to JE Dunn's safety standards and process controls, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Communication skills, verbal and written (Intermediate).
• Ability to conduct effective presentations (Intermediate).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
• Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
