Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an ASCO Systems Field Service Technician to support critical data center equipment in a home-based role across the U.S. You will perform installation, maintenance, repair, and startup services, with a 40-hour guaranteed schedule and OT opportunities.

The position emphasizes diagnostic work, reporting, and customer-focused service, with travel to client sites and on-site training provided. You will be part of the U.S. Services ASCO team.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant mechanical, electrical and/or Emergency Power service experience.
• Experience writing reports and competency in presenting information to managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics and service documents.
• Vocational/electrical training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair ATS and related electrical equipment.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on customer installed bases.
• Complete service reports and inventory/safety documentation.
• Provide on-site diagnostics, testing, and startup services.
