Qualifications

• Knowledge of field service duties required.
• Ability to drive company vehicles within policy.
• DOT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service technicians in the execution of service duties.
• Schedule service jobs and assign personnel to specific jobs.
• Ensure proper training and certifications for all technicians.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Assist with hiring field service technicians.
• Track training for each technician.
