Qualifications

• The candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2+ years in material handling or related field.
• Previous supervision experience of 1–3 years and ability to mentor technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Office 365 with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians in the field and coordinate needs and training.
• Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain customer relations during service visits and follow up on quotes.
• Monitor daily PM completion and repairs to exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate repairs, job requirements, and schedules clearly with managers and customers.
• Promote company philosophy and lean management principles.
