Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on MRI and CT equipment.
• Install, validate, and maintain designated equipment.
• Coach and mentor less experienced Field Engineers.
• Manage customer communications and act as escalation point for concerns.
• Own issues from identification to resolution through teamwork.
• Lead team meetings and relay HQ initiatives to field staff.
• Recommend value-added services to enhance customer operations.
