Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily crew activities in field settings. You will train crew members, enforce safety standards, and coordinate access with property owners to ensure timely, quality work.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a physically demanding environment. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Understands drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organized and able to multi-task.
• Capable of independent action without close supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to work with heights and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after instructions from supervision.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Secures access permissions and coordinates with property owners for work.
• Maintains reports, timesheets, and crew-related documentation.
