Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew productivity, coordinating with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols. You will troubleshoot site issues and mentor employees and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, field training capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with property owners and customers while maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Capable of working independently in field conditions.
• Able to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs., heights).

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA requirements.
• Discusses access, power interruptions, and work scope with customers.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
