Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to ensure daily operational productivity and lead crew activities on site. You will coordinate hiring inputs, enforce safety protocols, and mentor employees and contractors while troubleshooting field issues.

Responsibilities include training crews, maintaining records, and fostering strong customer relations, with emphasis on safety and cost control. This is a full-time, hourly wage role based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in field conditions.
• CDL and valid driver's license required; willingness to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work based on orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining of crew members.
• Enforce safety practices per policies and OSHA standards.
• Discuss access, power issues, and responsibilities with property owners.
• Obtain permissions to perform required work from property owners.
• Maintain good customer relations and professional crew conduct.
• Investigate minor incidents and damage claims as needed.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Control crew costs, methods, and equipment usage.
• Provide reports on orders completed and crew performance.
