Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance.
• 5+ years in predictive and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on demand and scheduled preventive maintenance for building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in store operations.
• Operate and monitor building controls and EMCS.
• Mentor and develop technicians; delegate workorders.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage parts ordering.
