The lead technician role supports the Facilities team, mentors junior staff, and coordinates with vendors and store leadership to keep environments safe and prepared for customers and employees. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, part ordering, and training new technicians while documenting all

Qualifications

• Hands-on facilities maintenance experience with focus on building systems.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical and mechanical repairs in retail settings.
• Knowledge of CMMS and purchase/order processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance on critical equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in store operations.
• Operate and monitor building controls and EMCS alarms.
• Document outcomes and delegate tasks to technicians.
• Train new staff on equipment and building systems.
• Update CMMS with maintenance records and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and property managers.
• Uphold safety standards and proper LOTO, PPE and guarding.
