Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead a team in delivering a safe, well-maintained store environment across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack locations. You will assist the Facility Manager (FM), supervise preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and coordinate with vendors and store leadership.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and documentation, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to multi-store operations within a business node.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience with mechanical emphasis.
• 5+ years of preventive and predictive maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical building systems for store operations.
• Manage daily work orders, parts ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with LOTO, PPE, and site regulations.
