Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates or higher preferred.
• 5-7 years of hands-on facilities experience, with emphasis in mechanical maintenance.
• 5+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Proficiency with CMMS and procurement systems (Coupa).
• Ability to operate building controls and monitor building systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead preventive maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues for store operations.
• Mentor junior technicians and delegate work orders.
• Coordinate parts ordering, vendor management and meetings.
• Maintain safety procedures including LOTO and PPE compliance.
• Update CMMS with accurate records and maintenance history.
