Sesame Place is hiring Ambassadors to lead daily operations across entertainment work groups, including stage, performers, costumes, audio, and lighting. You will coach staff, direct interviews and orientations, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• At least 1 year of professional or college-level experience in theme park, stage, or live audio related area, required.
• At least six months leadership-related experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff interviews and orientation for ambassadors.
• Coach and develop ambassadors; write evaluations and review performance.
• Maintain show standards, safety, and guest service quality.
