SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking Ambassadors for Sesame Place to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced park environment. You will coach and lead staff, conduct interviews and orientations, and drive training and development programs to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in theme parks or live production, strong communication skills, and a positive, flexible attitude.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 years old and HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in leadership roles, preferred.
• At least 1 year of theme park, live entertainment, or related experience, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving guidelines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and park programs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coach, mentor, direct, evaluate, and schedule staff.
• Lead interviews and orientation for ambassadors.
• Lead training and development for ambassadors.
• Write evaluations and assist in ambassador development.
• Review annual performance with ambassadors.
• Maintain show standards with production and operations.
• Manage area labor and expense budgets.
• Produce and maintain documentation.
• Maintain safety and clean work environments.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs.
• Communicate professionally with Ambassadors, Vendors, and Guests.
• Occasionally support other locations and areas.
