Sesame Place San Diego is seeking an Assistant Supervisor, Entertainment for a part-time role. You will coach and schedule ambassadors, lead training, and help maintain show standards while assisting in budget and documentation tasks.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with leadership experience in theme park or live production, and is comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership roles, preferably in theme park, stage, or live entertainment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to train and evaluate staff.
• Comfort with customer interactions and guest service standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with park-related systems (Kronos, SAP, Concur) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations within entertainment groups (stage, performance ops, costumes, audio, video, lighting, stagehands).
• Coach, mentor, and schedule ambassadors; oversee interviews and orientations.
• Lead training, evaluations, and performance reviews for ambassadors.
• Maintain show standards and safety requirements; manage area budgets and documentation.
• Ensure excellent guest service and professional communication with staff and vendors.
