Qualifications

• Experience solving complex business problems and supporting enterprise-level strategic initiatives; healthcare payer/insurance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities: data interpretation, financial modeling, and research.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations.
• Executive storytelling and presentation skills, including PowerPoint materials for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more cross-functional workstreams with limited supervision.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into clear, executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
