Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s with 2+ years in strategy, operations, or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of complex, cross-functional workstreams with guidance from leadership.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses; contribute to business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by embracing coaching to accelerate development.
