The role requires 3+ years in management consulting or healthcare strategy, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement in Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA, and occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including data interpretation and financial modeling.
• Ability to contribute to complex cross-functional workstreams with data-driven recommendations.
• Executive storytelling and PowerPoint material development for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of complex, cross-functional workstreams with guidance from team leadership.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and contribute to business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adapting as priorities evolve.
